I run a small online education service and to market it, I have had to learn about search engine optimization. I never aspired to be a technical marketing geek but it has really helped me make a success from my online homeschool curriculum.
To keep track of questions and answers about marketing, I started to keep notes on a private blog about online marketing which I call, Intermediate level online marketing.
Actually, I partially write the blogas a place to send all my friends who are trying to learn seo from me. They ask me for tips, I send them to my blog.
I also have writing classes online and the most popular spelling website in the history of the planet. I started it as a little side project, as a sort of link magnet. Now, it's taken over my life.
And, being only an intermediate, I have many questions that need answering such as:
Could paying $299 to Yahoo to be in their directory still be worth it?
