mySQL

The default GUI shell mySQL application ( DOS mysql.exe)sucks! Does anyone know of any graphical frontend ( windows or unix anything )? I sort of know some commands but the interface is eww! ( basic stuff like create database xyz; )...

Hmm.. looks like I cant get it working either to create a database in windows. Will try the linooox version soon.. its newer!

http://www.mysqlfront.de/ (Windows)

Last time I used it it was on version 1.22, not sure what v3 is like, but v1.22 did the trick for me.

I like phpMyAdmin. If you are familiar with php or are at least able to install it it works really well. And it's free.

Yup! PHPMyAdmin is the best!!!!
