its the coolest site i've seen.. was recommended by my friends

the things i like are the colour scheme, css style. however, if you scroll down the page, you realise that it was not designed by the webmaster... it says '4images 1.7'... that means the code was desgned by somebody else

4images is a image catalogueing system I think...and it could be freeware...not sure.
