I am trying to redo the code for a website, someone designed it for us and the look is fine but the code wasn't condusive to easy adding of pages etc, and there were a couple of design annoyances.

I am nearly there but - guess what! - the design goes a bit wrong in IE - particularly the mini menu under the logo, and the footer.
