Help, with creating a Music Player, to be embedded into a html code website

Can anybody help me on this, I am new to the game, and I need help, with creating a flash music player, to work in a html embedded website. I also want to be ablt, to add songs, straight from a CD I have been given, to add songs to the website with, and also, adding multiple songs, from url links. Any help will be greatly recieved!

firstly, may i just say that if your knowledge of flash and AS isnt too great, i would back off to learn some of the basics. what your asking for is gona be a hard slog.
