Need help with Flash template

I'm working on the attached flash template which I downloaded. At the top of the file there is a link which is supposed to be for email, my problem is I don't know how or where to go so that I can make it go to my client's email address so that when a person clicks on the word "email" they can email my client. Can someone please take a look at the file and assist me?

I'm no longer looking at that email link I originally wanted to create a new button on the menu so that it would come in just like the buttons that are there. I need this button so that I can add a new page and a new link called "Products" but it needs to fit into the timeline. The symbols for the buttons can be found in "Folder 15"...I'm not sure what the procedure is for creating a new button in Flash, can someone help me please?
