Critique my website!

I think this website has been a fairly successful project, I hired a student who studies computing or somesuch to do it for me, I think it the design works well, the web store is a little basic and is going to be updated shortly.

I have used kayako support suite for the news parts and support, I haven't had a chance to put the support suite chat button on the website however.

Comments much appreciated, haven't told the designer I am happy yet and completed, so I can always change bits and bobs

It's a neat site, but I don't like the color. The green doesn't look all too good.

Your code is invalid as well. You have 14 errors.

Finally, in your <body>, you have this:

company colours, so cant really do much about the color.

ok, i will tell my designer that, he is a student after all, what affect does that have on the site out of interest?

Well, invalid sites cause problems with browsers, especially Internet Explorer. You don't want that...

It can sometimes cause problems with screen readers too, so you'll have accessibility problems with your site.... although not usually enforced, it's a legal requirement to have an accessible website...

Apart from the HTML error, your site looks average!
Some loading process I encounter while navigating through the pages..
Make the content area a bit wider, it might good
