Looks a little too early for any real in depth comments but I think because you've used Joomla it will be pretty good. Joomla is a very comprehensive CMS indeed

I know where you got your inspiration from, but be carefull not to copy it, sometimes you may not realise you're doing it...

you are right, it does look a little close ( but then again - i have been told in the past "you will never have anything like that" - proved them wrong lol ) - i think ile just move the search box, that should set it appart a bit more

You'll find Joomla a great tool, you need to keep going with your layout, but you are indeed heading in the right direction

Although... word of warning, try to do something different to the Jamie Oliver site, the way you are going you are copying the idea AND the layout... this may reap bad repercussions.
