I would say not #3, but the first two both look pretty nice to me! In my opinion #2 fits the site better.

You need a tagline that tells first-time visitors what your site is all about. "Going beyond your imagination" isn't informative enough. Perhaps "Web development beyond your imagination."

I like the first one best. I like glass thingies  .. The second is nice too, but feels more like a standard-theme to me, which you don't want your customers to think.
