Ditching 'iframes'

Ok, I've used iframes, and are simply bored of them, every single one of my sites has them, they are good, but I wanna try something else.

I know about scrollable div td's and I'd like to know if it's possible to 'name' them, and send the link from a nav bar to them?

If not, is there another way, apart from iframes, to do this?

Or I guess I'll have to go back to the traditional iframe lol

Cheers,
Herbie

Re: Ditching 'iframes'

Ajax baby. iFrames are bad web design, just don't use them. Bad for SEO, accessibility and functionality. I hate when people take the use of my space bar and arrows away from me when I want to scroll the content.

Re: Ditching 'iframes'

Ajax? I've heard of that, never used it though. Got any good tutorials?

Oh, and is it server side?
