Best Ecommerce Software

I wish to sell my House Signs and such online. Customers will need to buy the product like any other product, but easily supply their house name, number, Message etc to be engraved on it. Any idea's if anything can do this out the box?

Re: Best Ecommerce Software

Pretty much everything can do this out of the box and it depends on whether you want the security of using a commercial cart or are happy with an Open Source cart.

For Commercial look at (to name a few):
Viart (amazing cart, poor support)
CubeCart
Interspire

For Open Source look at:
Magento
Oscommerce (horrible)
ZenCart (better than osCommerce)

I'd recommend Zen Cart and if you want to jazz up the template it comes with you can but them very cheaply.
