Mac Themed Website

Hi I have been attempting to create a Website that looked and acted exactly like OS X 10. I have failed because of my lack of knowledge in many aspects of web development. I would like to get a group of people who would not mind giving up there time to make a website together that look like Leopard. We would do it all over the internet with no contact to one another except for putting the website together. I think it would be cool and could be used as a template for a website. I have not seen a website done well like this. I also do not want it to be Flash or Java or PHP based. It may be a little chunkier then the actual OS though.

When I say I want it to exact I mean everything exact. For example the top menu bar when clicked on a menu will appear that has the same color and shape and size but fades away when you move your mouse away.

So If I get a group of people who want to do this we can set up a free website on a sub domain (or whatever it is called) and start putting the elements together.

If anybody has a different view on this or way about going about it I am free for suggestions.

(Maybe after that we can make a website that looks like Vista and or XP and Linux!)

Thank you,
Also if you want to email me email me by jonow@roadrunner.com not the one my account is registered under.

You might want to consider waiting. It is rumored that the next version of OS X (10.6), due out later this year, is going to have a whole new look.

Steve Jobs has said though that it will include behind the screen changes, and no feature updates. A new look is possible, but I think it is unlikely enough.

Ed.
