question about "related articles" link

Hi
I am using DW4 and wondering how I can add "related articles" links to all of my article pages. Is there some kind of javascript or plugin that will automatically populate articles related by keyword so my readers can see a list of them every time they open an article?

ive searched high and low for an answer to this, but so far nobody has been able to help me.

Thanks!
Dave
