Getting Started making a website
What are some resources you all would recommend for someone starting out developing a web page?
Recommended books?
Recommended online tutorials (text or video)?
I want to create a template and want to know how all the tables, containers, forms, etc. work in conjunction with each other.
For instance, I'm still trying to figure out why when I create two tables in expression web the second one is created underneath the first, and not to the side of the first...simple things like that.
