How to create links?

I've had a website designed and have been told I need to create links to other sites. Can someone tell me how to do this? also what does Page Ranking work? thanks

This isn't about X(HTML) as such. What you have in mind is the linking between pages of another site and your own.

There are a number of things that Google and others take into account when calculating the Page RAnk of any given page but again this is not the forum for it.

The only forum for it here on Webforumz is a subscriber only one. I am therefoer closing this forum.

I moved this to the HTML forum, because he was asking how to create a link...the code used to create a link is....

As far as page ranking goes...Geoff is correct you would need to purchase a subscription to that area. Any other questions...please let us know.
