Rep Altering Power: 0 warmer is on a distinguished road
can layers be relative?

I when I have my page centered all my layers don't stay relative when the explorer is resized, So my question is how do I do this.

Thanks for any help if you don't understand the question (I am not sure I do the way I have worded it) the site is
