Form Help

I'm not sure if what I'm thinking is even possible though I wish someone would help me if they think they can.

Ok what I'm doing is trying to make a simple form that when you click sumbit will send it to my comments on my myspace. You know myspace where you type in the comment box and then you press send and it shows up in the comments area. Well I was wondering if on my profile I could put some HTML or CSS either one that is needed or both and make a form that sends their input to the comments as if they were to send a regular comment but the data would show up in the comments for others to look at. If you get what I'm saying then could you help me. If your not quite sure what I mean then just pm me thanks.
