Dreamweaver cs3 rollover/state change help

Hi there, I couldn't find a more appropriate forum so I hope this one will do. I want to make a button in DW cs3
which does not change on the hover over but does change on the click (so it looks like a button has been depressed).

When I try to do it as a rollover I only get two options for state change so I han only get a rollover. The nav bar option has three state change options b ut if you have a nav bar on your page it won't allow you to place another one on there. I have heard this can be done in css. Any help/advice?
Cheers.
