Hi ny name is lee

ive been working on website for an ebook shop because im new to php i have just laid the site out and been concerntrating on the php side. However the structure of it looks fine SO I THOUGHT i have just seen it on someone elses computer and the divs are all over the place does anyone have any suggestions I would be extremely greatfull
