CSS Line-through CSS Property Text

Hi,

I am using CSS on Dreamweaver and I've noticed that sometimes in the CSS panel on the right, when I add a property sometimes it has a strike through the text and the property is not applied.

Can anyone advise why this happens and how to prevent it?

Apologies if this is in another thread but it's very hard thing to search as I keep getting threads about how to add line-through text on a web page.

Sorry I meant to add an image to explain my problem.



"background", "border-top" and "margins" and "padding" are the affected properties.

Someone on another forum just gave me a perfect answer, me so I'll post it here in case anyone else is looking for it:

Read through the link below. The bit that you really want is right down at the bottom of the page, directly before the summary section.
