The system cannot find the file specified.
The system cannot find the file specified----

So I am making a website for my friend, and I have never had this happen before, 'The system cannot find the file specified.' I am not sure why this is happening, I know or certian that: 1. the file is right there in with the index, its not anywhere else. 2. that I have the path pointing correctly.

So I am stumped can anyone help me understand what else could cause this error?
