at the top you have menu menus Package, Description, Price's and next to Prices i want another one Called Regular Price's and underneath the new menu Regular Prices all the prices i am gonna put up but it wont elt me do it so can some 1 help me thanx

The best help here is start again. This may seem harsh to you but believe me it isn't.

Produce proper symantic markup and specify a DOCTYPE.

Remove all none standard propriatory attributes.

Seperate out the css into its own file.

Learn to use <div>'s to control layout instead of tables. Tables are for tabulated data only.

Validating your current page produces so many errors that I won't begin to go in to them.

yep tables suck but if you start again it is much easier than trying to add one.

Geoff has hit the nail squarely on the head here... With XHTML and CSS this could be done simply and without all that bloat.
