Question submit button changes when clicked

How do I make it so that my submit button on a form will change when clicked? Either to say something like "Sent!", or even "Sending..." and then changing to "Sent!" like I've seen on some websites.

I'd like the person to be filling out the form, and click the send button, and rather than having the page change to a page saying "Your stuff has been sent, thank you!" just have it stay on the page with the form and have the submit button change to tell them the information has been sent.

Hopefully that makes sense? Help is appreciated, thank you!
