Change open in new window to open in same window

Hi
i have this code and all is working fine except i want it to open in the same window, not a new window,

Code:

"','myWindow','width=300,height=730,toolbar=no,location=no,status=yes,menubar=no,scrollbars=yes,resizable=yes');NewWindow.focus(); void(0);\"";

Can anyone help please, i know it is simple but i am going round i circles

Please be a bit more detailed,

You want the link to open a new window? but clicking the link again will just change the window opened before?

Of do you want it to change the current pages URL & size?

I think he wants that javascript link to open as a usual hyperlink (<a></a>) instead.
I think it would be simpler to use anchor tags instead of javascript
