jquery vs ie7, scrollable div layer

scroll works in ff but not in ie. i've been at it for hours, ie doesn't like line 174

It's the preceding line that's the problem - a comma not followed by an operand.

I just checked this in Opera 9.6 and FF 3.0 on Ubuntu neither of them scroll.
