As you may already have noticed, the entire Staff Team at WebForumz has had a complete reshuffle. This also included a Structure change to avoid the confusion that had seemed to overwhelm new members before.
Structure:
Positions:
At the very top, we have Rob, the original founder and still current owner of WebForumz.
Next, we have the Personnel Admin, who is in charge of rules, agreements and Staffing Matters as well as being second in command.
After these, we have our three Administrators who have agreed to serve on WebForumz. One of these includes myself, Ed and the other two administrators are Alex (Alex) and Glynn (saltedm8).
Next in line are the Team Leaders with Jack and Stew in these positions. You may have noticed that the Team Director role has been abolished to avoid confusion. In effect, Team Leaders are Global Moderators.
Then, we have our Forum Moderators, or Advisors. This team has stayed relatively similar to before the reshuffle, although we welcome
Alex S (aso186) to the team.
We also have a User Group part of the Staff Team. These are called Mentors and are trusted members of the WebForumz Community. They have been especially selected to improve the quality of help on the Forums. We welcome CloudedVision to the Mentor Team.
WebForumz Projects:
As you may be aware, there are two ongoing projects at WebForumz. These are the Creative Coding Newsletter and the Website of the Month Competition.
The Project Managers include:
Ed (myself) - Creative Coding Newsletter
Jack - Website of the Month Competition
Looking for Positions?
WebForumz are currently seeking some Advisors (Forum Moderators). These members are assigned certain forums (e.g: CSS, Graphics) and are given permissions to edit, delete, sticky, close and move threads or posts in the given forums. Please contact Jack Franklin or
welshstew for more information.
Thanks,
Ed
