Please help me install this script (Linkscaffe)

Okay, I tried many times to install this link directory script. I read readme file and have to say it's the worse I've ever read . Please if someone have the time to give me step by step on how to install this thing. That would be awesome.

This is what I got so far, obviously it's not doing much.

The script can be downloaded here: http://www.inet.5gigs.com/LinksCaffe3.0.zip

Note: Please don't give me steps on creating mysql and such, I know how to install scripts, just not this one. So don't think of me as a newbie .
