Question change admin passwords?

Hi,

Could someone please advise me where i need to go to change the password to my website please?. the password i want to change is the www.xxxxxxxxxxx.com/admin one, i have looked in the config.php file but this only contains the username and password for MySQL database.

Any advice is most appreciated. Cheers.

Re: change admin passwords?

What are you using for the protection? PHP or .htaccess?

Re: change admin passwords?

your using .htaccess by the look of it so find the .htaccess or .htpasswd file and it should be in there.

Re: change admin passwords?

hi guys,

problem sorted. The admin directory was protected by the password protect feature in the CPanel.

Thanks for all your suggestions.
