hello everyone. I just got a client asking me to create a simple data form for a processing application and agreement form. This is a simple data entry with no calculations needed, and to be directed to the merchants email address. There are abouyt 250 field to be filled up, not all but most depending on choices.

My question is, how much do I charge for a page like this?
