It's a known fact that readers scan text on websites which is
different than how they read print. Therefore by placing numerals such
as 29 rather than twenty nine in the text, readers will be able to
focus in on facts which is usually what they want to find. The most
obvious examples of this is price of a product. People certainly want
to read $10 rather than scan for ten dollars.
Starting a sentence on a website with a number is also recommended.

When writing very large numbers it's recommended to use 12 billion
