Can any Search engine Optimization give the guaranty of number one position in search engines for long time?

There are no fixed rules in optimization, and hence guarantee is not applicable here.

There can never be a guarantee of rankings, avoid any SEO service that guarantee your results. The techniques of SEO can be implemented to strengthen a domain but the success of an SEO strategy can very greatly from site to site.

no....instead such companies spam a lot and it will get in the wrong books of Google.

what they do is that they submit a lof of pages in a short period of time and google likes new content...and then ranks your site at the top within 15-30 days... but if you check, your ranks keep falling and falling etc...

Content is king... concentrate on content and i am sure you will be able to get good ranking for your site

There are times you'll get #1 spot for a keyword, but it's not guaranteed that it will stay that long.

I've got one websites, whose page rank keep changing all the time, rising and falling.
Google algorithm change too often. Sometimes, too hard to understand.

i agree! the changing pace in world wide web is very fast. websites should continuously get optimized because if not, it will be left behind.

Guarantee is not applicable in rank, what SEO are there to rank your site on the first page.

they might guarantee this, but only for some short time - the Internet is too dynamic so it could last some time. Only way is to work constantly for your page rank. Everything else will give only short temporarily result.
