Re: Finally!
Moojoo,
That is one great looking homestead. And I love that big old tree in I think it's the back yard....Soo, uh, when do we get invited down for some texas BBQ....Every home needs it's own house warming.

Re: Finally!
That's very nice. You don't want a lodger do you? Just a thought.
Hope you're happy in the new place but did you say there wasn't internet access? How can there be happiness without the internet? It's not possible, I'm sure.
Pete.

Re: Finally!
Jacob for goodness sake, go to the grocery store and buy a big fat cake!
But on a side note, I'd come for ice cream!
Seriously... nice butt hut or should I say love nest! It's quite contemporary in style isn't it? Looks really cozy.. love the backyard and yes I did notice the grill was posing for the camera! Much happiness Moojoo...you deserve it!

Re: Finally!
haha butt hut! Love it. Its a Cliff May home built in 1955 I believe. Hoping the value keeps going up! heh. Nice California Ranch, although we got lucky and got a 2080 sq. ft one. Usually they tend to be smaller like 1k - 1300 sq. ft. Great deal.

Re: Finally!
Paid $189,000. Texas is cheap. 5 mins from Downtown too.

Re: Finally!
Ya, I know....Figure I could sell the place here and go almost any place in the country and buy what ever I want.
We are lucky, SF has not followed the recent trend of downward moving house prices.
You got an excellent deal. You should be proud of yourself. Nothing nicer than going in the front door and saying...."This is MY home." Enjoy.
