Re: Music fun...
I played the Cello back in High School, I was 1st chair, I guess that means I was pretty good. Then, in college - I traded that for a life boozing and killing brain cells... .
I good around a bit with the bass guitar, other than that you don't want to hear me sing.
As Ryan about what instrument he used to play, very manly.

Re: Music fun...
Ok, I play piano, drums and guitar. I had a one man band but we split because of musical differences!!
I used to play the violin but the cat was more barable sound like most kids I did the recorder.
Was Stage and lighting manager from a preforming arts theater in Dorset (UK). On leaving there did 3 weeks in an events managing company but left as it was nothing like a theater.
I run a lighting event management company on the side of web design but cater outdoor marque events.
God I sound geeky
I think I have a life

Re: Music fun...
I played flute through high school. My street cred dipped considerably. I decided to pick up saxaphone instead but I was already socially crippled by that point..

?? Metallica is a head-banging metal band ?? Then the stuff I listen to must be body-smashing. Check out Walls of Jericho or Dry Kill Logic:

The sma ething happened to me though it had nothing to do with music. I decided to wear a pink t-shirt one day back when pink wasn't the new black. It was pretty much downhill from that point. All good now, I can wear as much pink as I want and it's a fashion statement apparently. Though. if I'm honest, I think I've gone off the colour a bit.
Pete.

Re: Music fun...
lol. That flute thingy's a good one... I don't have anything against Mettalica - they have some killer guitar parts that I love playing myself. I was just surprised to find 'head-banging' and 'Metallica' in the same sentence without a 'not' because I usually listen to Metallica when I'm relaxing... And if I paid to do some head-banging and Metallica would show up, I'd want my money back.... But, hey, it takes all kinds (to make the world go round).

Re: Music fun...
I used to play piano, saxophone (in high school) and drums. My cousin made a band for his grad party and that was fun. My dad was a great drummer so music is in my blood.
Maybe why I followed my mom's footsteps and married a musician too
He's the bass player in *plug* Widow's Walk *plug*
