i am making a website and have the css and html. i would like to know how i can import the css and html into my phpbb forum so i can have it intergrated

I wouldn't have a clue how to do this! It would probably take months to develop a phpbb style and make sure that it works in all browsers.

Yea I imagine it will take a while! Just use a template.

I think your going to have to use a template...and with the figure you told me you would earn you should then be able to afford for someone to skin the forum for you.

You could always have a go at editing a style.

Editing a style is you best / cheapest option! Thats what I would do, just look for something as close to your site design as possible and play until you are as happy as a pig in muck!
