Okanecert! What the heck?
I just read about another pointless
SEO contest from one of our blogs.
http://www.webforumz.com/blogs/golfreak76/okanecert-27/
Ok, so this isnt the biggest contest in the world, but even so I fail to see the point.
- okanecert is not a word
- okanecert means nothing!
- okanecert is very very easy to rank for!
Ranking highly for any word that does not exist is guaranteed if you place up a page about that word. In this case
okanecert as best as I can understand it was a small competition set by a class teacher.
Whilst I take my hat off to the guy for coming up with something to get his pupils busy and off their asses, I cant see why the
SEO contest couldnt be for a not so common phrase using real words.... that to me seems far more of a contest.
Choose a search that already has some results... not many but some... say 2-3 thousand. okanecert has 255 results... how many did it have before this competition? My point is that choosing okanecert really is little competition at all. In it's defense, it is however a lot of fun getting top for something... even if it is a non sensical word such as okanecert.
Okanecert is a completely made up word but it is not totally without meaning
