Hi All

I know very little about either of them but I am looking to build a site and it needs to be able to do a few things

1 My customers need to be able to log in to their own area where they can upload and retrieve the artwork.

2 I need a file upload facility so clients don't have to send me artwork via e-mail

I know either of the applications will do these things but which is better suited to the novice

Hello,

I have not used Drupal but have just started using joomla and i only hae positive things to say about it, very easy to use and understand, takes a bit of familliarising with the layout etc but once you have figured out the basics its really easy to get a professional looking site up and running in next to no time

there are a lot of nice pluggins which can be used with it like a youtube pluggin allowing you to add youtube vids on you pages using just one line of code, picture gallery plug ins pretty much what ever you want there is a plug-in for it

im sure drupal is the same but i dont know for sure.
