Mark thread as solved button

If anybody heres a member of Ubuntuforums, they have a nifty feature that marks the thread as solved. You just go to thread tools, then click "Mark this thread as solved" and it puts [SOLVED] in the title. This tool is available to the owner of the thread and moderators.

we just need to find the mod again and hope its available in 3.7... and ask robs permission to re-install it.. i think he removed it a short while before we changed to this template.. i did mention it to him then
