let me give you little tip when i looked at the config file i saw it wasnt pointing to "localhost" everytime you do something to do with DataBases use "localhost" as default then you will have no problems

Yep...Aaron is correct...unless the host has specified another host, this is very usually but could happen...so best bet is to ask your host if localhost does not work.
