Hi all

I am putting together a website for my friend who is setting up a web site for a domestic abuse support group - which puts my question into context. When people visit the web site I need to set something up on the home page that stops the site coming up on their the search history on the viewers browers. It is so the veiwer feels safe that their browing can not be traced. I know it can be done but I haven't a clue what it's called or how to do it. Can anyone help?

Erm not too sure of a way to do this.

I know organisations such as yours have ways of stopping it from showing up on phone bills, but the browser automatically stores the pages history, unless specified otherwise.

Maybe you could put something on the homepage instructing your users how to clear their browsing history, something like that?
