Hi,

Do you mean a site that is database driven? The fundamentals for design are HTML and CSS, and for development something like PHP and MySQL (you could use ASP instead of PHP, MSSQL instead of MySQL).

I have create database by MSaccess in the my computer and I need publish on the Internet to use direct from website. the database contain tables, queries and forms that is as application.
I want open the application through the internet.
I have background of MSaccess, and what comes after to learn,
I want the simple way to reach my interest .

Learn some php basics
Learn How to connect to maaccess in php learn some form input validation in php and learn how to add delete create etc

I'm not sure that you can do that, however you can allow the person to download and open the file locally...

Unless you re-make your forms, into ASP.NET/PHP, they wont be able to do it over the internet.
